We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack ASP.NET Technical Lead with Next.js expertise (Mandatory) to lead our development team. This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong backend expertise in ASP.NET Core, C#, and modern frontend development using Next.js. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading teams, architecting solutions, and delivering high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture.
• Architect, develop, and maintain ASP.NET Core-based applications with scalable backend solutions.
• Develop modern, responsive UI components using Next.js and React.js.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Work with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases for efficient data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting.

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in ASP.NET Core and C#.
