Full Stack Developer – Software Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking for experienced Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend engineering focus to design, build, and operate large‑scale distributed systems.

The role focuses on developing cloud‑native platforms using Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and Microservices, while maintaining hands‑on involvement in frontend development using ReactJS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support cloud‑native backend platforms using Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.
• Build scalable, distributed, and event‑driven backend services.
• Optimize distributed workloads and support platform scalability.

Frontend Development

• Maintain hands‑on involvement in frontend development using ReactJS.
• Contribute to scalable and maintainable full‑stack solutions across backend and frontend components.

Reliability & Engineering Practices

• Support platform reliability, security, and performance across production systems.
• Follow engineering standards, coding practices, and quality guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews and adopt engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and other engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of scalable and maintainable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience building and operating high‑scale backend systems in production.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed system design.
• Experience with Kafka for event‑driven architectures, asynchronous processing, and service integration.

Additional Technical Skills:
