Job summary

Innovista Labs is seeking an engineer to build and launch web products and mobile applications. You will independently own implementation, from product brief to deployment, working closely with the founder and a product/generalist.

You will lead frontend, mobile and backend work, integrate APIs, payment and AI features, and configure cloud infrastructure for reliable, scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• Location: Gurugram, Haryana; in-office requirement.
• Mobile apps — hands-on experience delivering Android/iOS apps; React Native/Expo preferred.
• Web/backend: React/Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js or Python/FastAPI.
• End-to-end ownership: deliver a product across frontend, mobile, backend, database and deployment.

• Implement authentication, APIs, payments, notifications and third-party integrations as required.

About The Role
Build and launch web products and mobile applications at Innovista Labs. You will independently own implementation and delivery with minimal input—from understanding the product brief and choosing a practical technical approach to development, deployment and ongoing improvements. You will work closely with the founder and an AI/product generalist, taking responsibility for the complete technical delivery of each product.

Requirements

• Location: Must currently be based in Gurugram, Haryana and available to work in-office at our Gurugram office.
• Mobile apps — mandatory: Hands-on experience building and delivering mobile apps for Android and/or iOS, with examples you can demonstrate. React Native/Expo experience is particularly relevant.
• Web and backend: Strong working knowledge of React/Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript and backend development using Node.js or Python/FastAPI.
• End-to-end ownership: Ability to independently deliver a product across frontend, mobile app, backend, database and deployment with minimal input.
• Infrastructure: Practical ability to work with Azure Cloud, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Firebase and cloud storage, including configuration, authentication, permissions, integrations and troubleshooting.
• Engineering: Experience with Git, environment configuration, secure secrets management, testing and production debugging.
• AI tools: Ability to use AI coding tools effectively while reviewing, testing and taking responsibility for their output.
• Working style: Clear communication, ownership and the ability to make progress with minimal supervision.

Strongly preferred
Candidates who share a mobile app and a deployed product they personally built, explain which parts they owned, and describe their deployment approach and use of AI tools will be strongly preferred. App-store links, repositories, demos or a short walkthrough are welcome.
