Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-first and web-based applications. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to build hands‑on experience across frontend and backend technologies while working with experienced engineering teams on real business applications.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to building and maintaining applications across the technology stack, including user interfaces, APIs, backend services, and data integrations. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, participate in agile development activities, and learn engineering best practices while delivering high‑quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining full stack applications across frontend and backend layers.
• Support the development of user interfaces, APIs, and backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting application issues.
• Work with databases and support data integration tasks.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver features.
• Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and agile development activities.
• Learn and apply engineering best practices, including coding standards, version control, and documentation.
• Contribute to the development of modern web applications and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Support deployment and maintenance activities as part of the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of full stack development concepts.
• Exposure to backend development using Java, Python, Node.js, .NET, or similar technologies.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and web application architecture.
• Familiarity with Git/version control and software development lifecycle concepts.
• Strong willingness to learn, problem‑solve, and work in a team environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of testing, debugging, and deployment basics.
• Interest in modern application development, automation, or AI‑enabled applications.
• Hands‑on experience building Agentic AI applications is a strong plus.
