Job summary

MassMutual Global Business Services India LLP in Hyderabad is seeking a Full Stack Platform Developer to build and scale AI-enabled interfaces and APIs across teams. You will own frontend and backend work, collaborate with ML and platform teams, and contribute to reusable patterns and tooling.

You should have 5–8 years of hands-on full stack experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, or Go, plus a product mindset and strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years building and shipping production-grade full stack applications.
• Strong front-end expertise with TypeScript and React.
• Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Golang.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and cloud-native services.
• Strong product mindset with attention to user experience, latency, reliability, and error handling.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, including APIs, streaming, RAG, tool usage, agents, or conversational AI.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and deliver independently.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Experience Layer Engineering: Build and own AI platform interfaces, SDKs, developer tools, playgrounds, and reference applications.
• AI-Native User Experiences: Design modern AI interaction patterns including streaming responses, agent workflows, tool calls, citations, human review, and graceful failure handling.
• Backend Services & Orchestration: Develop APIs, retrieval pipelines, model orchestration, caching, rate limiting, observability, and integration services.
• Quality & Evaluation: Instrument applications with tracing, evaluation frameworks, feedback capture, and quality measurement to continuously improve user outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner with Platform, ML, Product, and Infrastructure teams to establish best practices for AI product development.
• Engineering Excellence: Contribute reusable patterns, documentation, code reviews, and technical standards for AI application development across the organization.
