Classic Search in Pune is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer AI-Native to design, build and maintain enterprise-grade web and hybrid mobile apps using .NET Core, Python, React, and Ionic, with a focus on embedding AI-native capabilities.

The Full Stack Developer will design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web and hybrid mobile applications using .NET Core,Python, React, and Ionic, while actively embedding AI-native capabilities into the software development lifecycle and the products themselves. The individual will work closely with various stakeholder to translate architectural blueprints into working, high-quality, secure code, and will champion the use of AI-assisted engineering tools and AI-powered features to improve both product value and team productivity.
Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications using .NET Core (backend/APIs) and Python and
React/Ionic (web and hybrid mobile frontend).
Build and consume secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
Integrate AI/ML-powered features into applications (e.g., intelligent search, recommendations, chat/assistant
interfaces, predictive insights).
AI-Native Engineering towards:
LLM integration
AI-powered application development
RAG implementation
AI agents and agentic workflows
Prompt engineering
AI evaluation and optimization
Enterprise AI solution architecture
Candidate should be able to translate business problems into AI-enabled product features, not just
consume AI APIs.
Hands-on Experience with:
Building secure, scalable, enterprise-grade AI applications with proper governance and data security considerations.
Candidate should be able to build and maintain end-to-end AI feature development. The candidate
should have prior hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining AI-
powered features in production environments.
Candidate should be able to do operationalization of AI features, including performance, cost
optimization, and monitoring.
Candidate should be able to define AI architecture and solution design, selection of appropriate AI
patterns and frameworks for different use cases.
Write clean, modular, well-documented, and testable code following secure coding and Secure SDLC practices.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing to ensure high quality and maintainability.
Work within CI/CD pipelines, contribute to branching strategy discipline, and support automated build/release processes.
Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver features on time with minimal defects.
Optimize application performance across web and mobile (Ionic hybrid) platforms.
Implement authentication/authorization (OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC) and follow data security and encryption best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and engineering practices, and proactively suggest improvements to team workflows.
Full Stack Development: Strong hands-on experience across backend (.NET Core), Python and frontend (React, Ionic) development.
AI-Native Engineering: Exposure to vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns, or LLM orchestration frameworks. Practical experience using AI coding assistants and integrating AI/LLM-based features into applications.
API & Microservices: Experience designing/consuming REST APIs and working with microservices-based architectures.
Quality Engineering: Unit testing, automated testing, and adherence to coding standards.
Collaboration: Ability to work closely with various stakeholder in an agile environment.
Problem Solving: Strong debugging and analytical skills for complex, cross-layer issues.
Backend: Python, .NET Core (Version 5/6/8+), C#, RESTful API development.
Frontend/Web: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Mobile/Hybrid: Ionic Framework
AI Tools: Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT/LLM APIs) and integrating AI/LLM APIs into applications.
Database: SQL Server / Azure SQL Database; familiarity with ORMs such as Entity Framework Core.
Cloud & DevOps: Working knowledge of Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP; exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.
Other: Microservices, API strategies, basic observability/logging practices.
