Job summary

Heptarc is seeking a Salesforce FSC Developer for a contract-with-client engagement. You will work remotely with a cross-functional team, focusing on Sales and Service Cloud development and delivering robust solutions.

You will lead development scrum, review code, advise on build strategies, and ensure alignment with architecture docs and BRD. Strong collaboration with product and business stakeholders is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in development in Sales & Service Cloud.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Salesforce FSC Development.
• Understanding of technical architecture documents and BRD.
• Experience leading a development scrum and doing peer code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development scrum team and resolve blockers for devs.
• Provide guidance on using OOTB vs custom code strategies.
• Ensure components are pushed to the code repository and follow standards.
• Lead sprint demos and obtain business sign-off on completed work.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in development in Sales & Service Cloud
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Salesforce FSC Development.
• Leading the development scrum team ensuring the doubts/difficulties of dev team members are eliminated.
• Provide support to development team in making decision of development strategies like OOTB or Custom code.
• Understanding of technical architecture document and BRD so that business ask can be met using standards defined by architect.
• Do peer review of code developed by teammates ensuring coding standards are followed.
• Raise a flag on business requirements which may not be suitable as per Salesforce platform limitation.
• Provide alternate development approach to product owners making best use of Salesforce platform.
• Lead the sprint demo at the end of sprint and take business signoff on development done.
• Ensuring all the components developed/modified by team members are pushed to code repository
