Job summary

Cimpress is seeking a Frontend Developer (PR1 Level) to contribute to web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and modern JS frameworks. You’ll collaborate with UI/UX teams, optimize performance, and apply accessibility best practices while leveraging AI-assisted development tools.

• Experience with jQuery and Ajax.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with build tools and package managers such as Webpack and npm.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of semantic HTML and accessibility best practices. Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly frontend development.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Basic to good understanding of TypeScript.
• Basic understanding of Core Web Vitals, page speed, lazy loading, image optimization, and caching.
• Knowledge of component-based frontend development.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively for frontend development, debugging, code improvement, documentation, productivity, and problem-solving.
• Understanding of design-to-code workflows and collaboration with UI/UX teams.
• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as Vue.js, Nuxt.js, or React.js.
