About The Role As a Product Manager in the Access team, you will play a key role in advancing the identity, authentication, authorization, tenancy, and compliance capabilities that secure the Mass Customization Platform (MCP) and power Cimpress businesses worldwide.
What You Will Do
- Own and evolve key Access capabilities including identity, authentication, authorization, tenancy, and compliance that secure and enable the MCP across Cimpress businesses.
- Develop and execute product roadmaps by conducting market research, analyzing platform adoption and usage, and collaborating with internal and customer-facing product and engineering teams to uncover needs and pain points.
- Define and document product requirements through PRDs including epics, user stories, and wireframes. Translate goals into actionable deliverables aligned with Access’ platform strategy.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and adoption. Partner with engineering, UX, and security teams to establish clear requirements, monitor progress, and ensure reliable releases.
- Drive agile execution by maintaining backlogs, estimating story points with engineering, and running sprint ceremonies to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate across the organization with business units, platform teams, and stakeholders to ensure Access solutions meet real-world needs while balancing security, usability, and scalability.
- Champion a customer-first, developer-friendly experience by ensuring Access APIs, SDKs, and tools are intuitive and well-documented for internal teams and external partners.
- Measure and improve outcomes using adoption metrics, platform performance data, and customer feedback to refine features and processes.
- Continue personal and product growth by staying informed on industry trends in identity, access, and compliance.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years as a Product Manager, preferably in complex B2B/B2C SaaS.
- Exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM), access controls, policy-based access, or platform tenancy.
- Experience with risk intelligence, trust & safety, or compliance products in high-volume e-commerce contexts.
- Ability to translate user and business needs into intuitive, secure product experiences.
- Strong UI/UX sensibility and ability to collaborate with business users, engineers, architects, and security teams.
- Proven track record of managing products through lifecycle from ideation to adoption and improvement.
- Experience using data to inform decisions and improve product quality and usability.
- Excellent communication, partnership, and influencing skills across diverse teams.
- Experience with AI-powered workflows or AI integrations and understanding of AI/ML considerations in authentication and risk management.
Nice To Have
- MBA from a Tier-1 business school.
- Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO, LDAP, Okta, Auth0, OPA, or related identity/security technologies.
- Ability to create concept wireframes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer/IT/Electronics Engineering.
- Understanding of Data Science and its applications.
