We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Product Listing Specialist to join our marketplace operations team and ensure our listings are not only accurate but optimized for performance.

Role Overview:

As a Sr. Product Listing Specialist, you will play a critical role in launching high-quality, fully optimized product listings across online marketplaces. You’ll be responsible for ensuring product data integrity, resolving listing errors, and driving visibility through strategic content creation—all while meeting the unique needs of both B2B and B2C audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and optimize product listings across platforms such as Amazon Seller Central and other global marketplaces.
Launch new products tailored to both B2B and B2C segments in marketplaces in Europe and/or North America.
Troubleshoot listing errors, suppressed listings, and data quality issues using tools like Amazon Seller Central, ensuring fast and accurate resolution.
Ensure content accuracy and consistency, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and backend metadata.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Compliance to gather product data and align on brand messaging.
Work in close collaboration with Category Management and Merchandising Specialists to implement SEO best practices to maximize visibility and conversion.
Maintain category and attribute compliance according to marketplace guidelines.
Work independently to manage assigned tasks, identify problems early, and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal oversight.

Qualifications:

Required:

3+ years of experience in eCommerce with a focus on product listings and catalog management.
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or equivalent marketplace platforms.
Experience in launching products for both B2B and B2C in marketplaces, particularly in Europe and/or North America.
Proven ability to troubleshoot listing issues independently, including suppressed ASINs, stranded inventory, and compliance flags.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling product content.
Familiarity and enthusiasm for AI tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, and similar platforms.

Highly Desirable:

Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Flat Files, Amazon Flat File templates, or other content management solutions.
Familiarity with SEO principles as they relate to marketplace search.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in additional languages beyond English, such as German, Spanish, Italian, or Polish, will be a valuable asset.
