VDO.AI, a global advertising technology innovator, is seeking a Frontend Developer to craft visually engaging, high-performance web applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver immersive experiences that scale globally.

The role focuses on building pixel-perfect UI with ReactJS, delivering rich animations via GSAP/Framer Motion, and integrating with RESTful APIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of frontend development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript animations.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with GSAP or Framer Motion for crafting animations.
• Familiarity with component-based architecture and state management (Redux is a bonus).
• Experience with design tools like Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Build and own pixel-perfect, high-performance web interfaces using ReactJS.

• Collaborate with designers to implement rich interactive experiences with strong UI/UX.

• Participate in code reviews, product planning, and team brainstorming sessions
• Maintain UI consistency across the platform, adhering to design systems and branding
• 2+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on JavaScript animations
• Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Hands-on experience with GSAP or Framer Motion for crafting animations
• Strong eye for design and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles
• Comfortable turning designs into functional interfaces
• Familiar with component-based architecture and state management (Redux is a bonus)
• Experience working with design tools like Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Bonus: Experience with 3D libraries like Three.js
• Bonus: Prior exposure to Redux for state management
• Knowledge of performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
• Experience working in a product-based or startup environment
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Passion for animation and a good portfolio showcasing animation/UI work
