Overview
We're hiring a frontend engineer who cares deeply about user experience, performance, and clean code. You'll build web applications that are fast, accessible, and visually polished — working closely with designers to translate Figma files into production-ready interfaces. You'll own the frontend architecture and ensure every interaction feels responsive and intentional.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain complex web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Implement responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces.
- Collaborate with product designers to achieve polished, production-ready implementations.
- Optimize web vitals such as LCP, CLS, and interaction responsiveness.
- Write and maintain design system or component library code.
- Implement state management, routing, and data-fetching patterns.
- Write unit and integration tests for critical flows.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of frontend development experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Experience with Next.js or similar SSR or SSG frameworks.
- Comfort owning frontend architecture with minimal supervision.
- Strong command of modern styling approaches and accessibility fundamentals.
- Able to collaborate from our Ahmedabad office for most working days; we keep focused async time for deep work and client overlap.
- Clear communication is essential because you will work directly with technical founders and senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with animation libraries where they genuinely improve product quality.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.
- Background in design systems or component library development.
- Experience with performance profiling and optimization.
