Qualifications

• Any Graduate or Intermediate with Min 1 year of Experience in SPA OPERATIONS.

Responsibilities

• Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring they are resolved to the satisfaction of the guest.
• Maintain guest satisfaction levels by ensuring that services are consistent, high-quality, and personalized.
• Promote spa packages, treatments, and upsell retail products to enhance revenue.
• Supervise the daily operation of the spa, ensuring that schedules, treatments, and services run smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records of all appointments, staff schedules, and inventory.
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensure spa equipment and products are well-maintained and stocked, placing orders as necessary
• Ensure the proper use of products, ensuring the spa’s procedures are in line with best practices for safety and wellness
• Monitor and control operational costs, maximizing profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop new services, packages, and promotions that will drive revenue.
• Work closely with the hotel’s front desk and guest services to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure that spa facilities are well-kept at all times.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote spa services through different channels.
