Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager - Reinsurance to lead end-to-end service delivery across treaty and facultative reinsurance processes, claims, accounting, and reporting. You will collaborate with clients, brokers, and reinsurers to ensure accurate execution of contracts and settlements while overseeing data validation, bordereaux prep, and audits.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, driving process improvements, and guiding a team to deliver compliant, efficient reinsurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, economics, finance, risk management and insurance, or related fields.
• Master's degree in statistics or actuarial-science related area is a plus.
• Professional certifications (CLU, CPCU, PGI) are valued.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end service delivery for reinsurance operations, including treaty and facultative reinsurance processing, claims, accounting, and reporting. Collaborate with client stakeholders, brokers, and reinsurers to ensure accurate and timely execution of reinsurance contracts and settlements. Oversee the administration of reinsurance treaties, including data validation, bordereaux preparation, premium and claims reconciliation, and audit support. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and client-specific guidelines across all reinsurance processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time, accuracy, recoveries, and leakage, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support transformation initiatives by integrating automation, analytics, and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and transparency. Manage escalations related to complex reinsurance scenarios, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery. Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of accountability, learning, and operational excellence.
