Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager - Insurance - Life to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for our Life Insurance products in India. You will align with Product Development and supplier partners to deliver qualified vendors, ensure material availability, and support production readiness for high‑quality policy deliverables.

This role demands strong project management, risk assessment, and quality assurance skills, plus fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degrees in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance and Risk Management/Insurance.
• Masters degree in Statistics.
• CPCU (IIA) and related insurance qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Manage and direct all sourcing activities for assigned product segments, ensuring alignment with segment and global sourcing strategies.
• Serve as the primary interface between Product Development teams and Supplier Management, leading key deliverables related to supplier selection and qualification.
• Oversee supplier selection, set up, part number releases, Blanket Purchase Agreement setups, and phase-in/phase-out planning to ensure material availability for production.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure technology compatibility and production readiness with supply partners.
• Monitor and maintain a fully qualified and compliant supplier base, ensuring quality, cost targets, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Identify, report, and address quality or compliance issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as required.
• Complete required Quality & Compliance training and provide guidance to the team on adherence to Quality Management Systems, procedures, and best practices.
