Genpact in India is seeking an Associate - Insurance - Life to analyze complex insurance data, develop actuarial models for risk and pricing, and work with underwriting, finance and operations to deliver data-driven recommendations.

You will prepare clear reports for stakeholders, monitor regulatory changes, and contribute to documentation of processes for internal and regulatory purposes. English language proficiency (B2) is required, with a hybrid work model in India.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degrees in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Risk Management and Insurance.
  • Masters in Statistics.
  • Professional designations CFA, CFE, CPCU, FIA and AIC Associates.
  • English language proficiency (Upper Intermediate – B2).

Responsabilités

  • Analyze complex insurance data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop, maintain, and validate actuarial models to evaluate risk and determine pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, finance, and operations to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare clear reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to ensure compliance and relevance.
  • Support decision-making for product development, pricing, and risk management through quantitative analysis.
  • Contribute to documentation of actuarial processes, assumptions, and methodologies for internal and regulatory purposes.

Job Description
  • Analyze complex insurance data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
