Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate - Insurance - Life to perform actuarial analysis for pricing, reserving, and financial reporting within Life insurance products.

You will develop and maintain models, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory compliance across projects. Ideal candidates bring actuarial credentials and a strong background in life products, analytics, and communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level actuarial science, economics, finance or risk management/insurance qualifications.
• Advanced statistics education at Masters level is preferred.
• Professional actuarial and insurance credentials (AIC, CFA, CFE, CPCU, FIA) are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct actuarial analysis to support pricing, reserving, and financial reporting decisions for Life insurance products.
• Develop, maintain, and validate actuarial models and tools to evaluate risk and inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and provide actionable insights for strategic initiatives.
• Analyze insurance data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and assess the financial impact of potential risks.
• Communicate complex actuarial concepts and findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and stay updated on industry trends affecting actuarial practices.
• Contribute to documentation and reporting of actuarial work to support management decision-making.
