Job summary

Accenture Kochi is seeking an experienced React Lead Developer to design, build, and lead scalable, high-performance web applications. You will own React architecture, guide the frontend team, and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Roles include leading React frontend development, defining architecture, and mentoring the team while ensuring performance, accessibility, and maintainability across projects.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years frontend development experience with strong focus on React.js.
• Deep expertise in React Hooks, functional components, and component design.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience with state management (Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand).
• Solid understanding of SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR, and rendering optimization.
• Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, DOM, responsive design, and accessibility (a11y).
• Experience with UI libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind, Bootstrap.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and authentication.
• Testing experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and Storybook.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Agile practices, and DevOps workflows.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring frontend teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ownership mindset with ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
