Job summary

msg global solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a frontend developer with strong React and TypeScript skills to build modern, responsive user interfaces and reusable components.

You will work with Vite, npm, Material UI, HTML/CSS, and REST API integrations, contribute to automated tests, and ensure clean, maintainable code in a global delivery environment with remote and hybrid options. Collaborate with designers, backend engineers and QA across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building modern applications using Vite and npm.
• Experience developing reusable UI components using Material UI.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive UI development.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.
• Good working knowledge of Git and GitLab/GitHub-based development.
• Experience with frontend automated and end-to-end testing.
• Strong frontend debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Able to refine, estimate, implement and test frontend user stories independently.
• Strong focus on clean, reusable and maintainable frontend code.

Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

Must have

• Strong frontend development experience with React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience building modern applications using Vite and npm.

• Good working knowledge of Git and GitLab/GitHub-based development.

• Strong focus on clean, reusable and maintainable frontend code.

Nice to have

• Experience with Playwright or CodeceptJS for end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of WebSocket/STOMP for real-time communication.
• Exposure to CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger-based API integration.
• Experience with Keycloak, OIDC or JWT authentication.
• Basic understanding of Java/Spring Boot and microservices.
• Exposure to SonarQube and application observability tools.
• Banking domain knowledge would be an advantage.
