Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Sales: Greet customers warmly as they enter, assist them in finding products, answer questions, and provide tailored product recommendations to meet sales targets.Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Process cash, credit, and digital payment transactions accurately using the POS register system; manage returns, exchanges, and promotional discounts smoothly.Visual Merchandising & Stocking: Assist with unpacking stock shipments, tagging merchandise, restocking shelves, and maintaining attractive visual displays according to company guidelines.Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, checkout counters, and inventory storage areas clean, organized, and tidy throughout the operational hours.Loss Prevention: Maintain alertness on the sales floor to minimize shoplifting, monitor inventory accuracy, and report safety hazards or missing stock to management.Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current promotions, active sales campaigns, store inventory, and feature updates across product lines.
