Policybazaar is hiring an Insurance Advisor (Kannada Speaking) to join our Bengaluru office on HAL Old Airport Road. You will work with interested leads, contact customers, understand their insurance needs, and propose suitable solutions while clearly explaining product features, benefits, and pricing.

The role targets achieving daily and monthly sales, maintaining a high-quality customer experience, and ensuring end-to-end closure with CRM updates. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Qualifications

• 12th pass or higher is preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills are essential.
• Basic computer knowledge is required; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
