The role involves designing and troubleshooting telecommunications systems, providing technical support, working on network design, and handling Voice over IP (VoIP) systems. The engineer will be involved in day-to-day operations such as identifying and resolving technical issues, maintaining telecommunications equipment, and ensuring smooth network operations.
