DATAmundi.ai in India seeks French-speaking recruitment professionals to support high-volume recruitment and candidate onboarding for the Canadian market. The role involves outbound screening, multi-channel candidate communication, and guiding onboarding until day one.

The ideal candidate has 2.5–5 years in HR/recruitment, excellent FR/EN communication, and strong interviewing skills. Work from office in Bangalore with night US shift and cab facility available.

Qualifications

• French language proficiency at C1 level or above (certification mandatory).
• 2.5–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Strong candidate interviewing and screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment activities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to screen candidates.
