Job summary

Transcom India seeks a customer support specialist to assist clients in French across calls, emails, and chats. You will resolve inquiries with empathy, collaborate with internal teams and stay current with product knowledge to provide expert guidance.

The role requires a C1 certification in French, 1-6 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work evenings during weekdays in an international environment. CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifications
