CBOSIT Technologies is looking for a Zoho Implementation Specialist to join our team of business consultants. We analyse client workflows, tailor Zoho solutions, and own the implementation lifecycle from design to deployment.

You’ll guide clients with expert training and ongoing support, crafting custom workflows and automations while collaborating in a fast-paced, Scrum-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in Zoho implementations and process re-engineering.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of Zoho suite (CRM, Books, Desk, People) and data migration.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.

Requirements

• A Zoho whiz: Implementing, customising, and managing CRM, Desk, Books, People, Creator and more.
• A scripting master: Writing custom Deluge functions and wielding JavaScript with ease.

• A problem-solver extraordinaire: Fixing bugs, navigating APIs, and resolving any Zoho hurdle.
