Job summary

TalentSprint is seeking experienced Computational Thinking Trainers for session-based engagements with first-year B.Tech students. The role focuses on teaching algorithmic problem-solving independent of language, building structured thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include delivering instructor-led sessions, mentoring students, designing assignments and assessments, and collaborating with program teams to ensure learning outcomes are achieved.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering instructor-led sessions on computational thinking concepts
• Ability to teach algorithmic problem solving independent of programming language
• Curriculum and assessment design experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led sessions on Computational Thinking concepts
• Mentor students in problem decomposition, pattern recognition, abstraction, algorithm design, logical reasoning
• Create interactive learning experiences with real-world examples and case studies
• Design and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and assessments
• Provide doubt-clearing support and academic mentoring
• Collaborate with program teams to ensure learning outcomes are achieved

Location: Noida (Hybrid)
Engagement Type: Freelance / Contractual (Session-Based)

Work Mode: Hybrid (In-person/Online)
Audience: B.Tech 1st Year Students
Commitment: 4-5 hours per day, 2 days per week (approximately 8-10 hours per week)

Role Summary

We are seeking experienced and passionate Computational Thinking Trainers to deliver engaging learning experiences for first-year B.Tech students. The ideal candidate should be able to teach algorithmic problem-solving concepts independent of any specific programming language, helping students develop structured thinking and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led sessions on Computational Thinking concepts.
• Teach and mentor students in:
  • Problem Decomposition
  • Pattern Recognition
  • Abstraction
  • Algorithm Design
  • Logical Reasoning and Structured Problem Solving
• Create interactive learning experiences using real-world examples and case studies.
• Design and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
• Support students through doubt-clearing sessions and academic mentoring.
• Collaborate with program teams to ensure learning outcomes are achieved.

Required Technical Skills

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at a reputed university, college, or executive education institution
