Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Assistant Professors to join our growingComputer Science department at our Sonipat campus. If you are passionate about teaching,excited about mentoring young minds, and eager to contribute to cutting‑edge academicwork, we would love to meet you. Whether your expertise lies in Mathematics, DSA, WebDevelopment, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Backend/Frontend Development, DevOps, orSystem Design, you will play a key role in shaping strong, industry‑ready talent.
Your responsibilities will include delivering impactful lectures, developing relevantcurriculum, guiding students through labs and real projects, and contributing to the academicgrowth of the department.
Key Responsibility Areas
Teaching & Learning
- Teach and engage students across a range of Computer Science subjects.
- Build and refine course content to keep it relevant and impactful.
- Lead lab sessions, support hands‑on learning, and guide students through practicalprojects.
- Provide consistent support through mentoring, tutoring, and doubt‑solving.
Academic Ownership & Innovation
- Take ownership of student learning outcomes and overall academic quality.
- Lead or contribute to research initiatives, innovation projects, and departmentaldevelopment.
- Cultivate a supportive, collaborative, and inspiring learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with faculty, academic teams, and industry partners to enhancelearning experiences.
- Actively participate in department events, academic committees, and institutionalinitiatives.
- Build strong relationships with students and colleagues to support a vibrant academicculture.
Qualifications
- PhD or M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field (PhD preferred).
- UGC‑qualified candidates are strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or academic roles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching and student development.
- Familiarity with industry tools, frameworks, and technologies relevant to your area ofexpertise.
