Your responsibilities will include delivering impactful lectures, developing relevantcurriculum, guiding students through labs and real projects, and contributing to the academicgrowth of the department.

Key Responsibility Areas

Teaching & Learning

• Teach and engage students across a range of Computer Science subjects.
• Build and refine course content to keep it relevant and impactful.
• Lead lab sessions, support hands‑on learning, and guide students through practicalprojects.
• Provide consistent support through mentoring, tutoring, and doubt‑solving.

Academic Ownership & Innovation

• Take ownership of student learning outcomes and overall academic quality.
• Lead or contribute to research initiatives, innovation projects, and departmentaldevelopment.
• Cultivate a supportive, collaborative, and inspiring learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with faculty, academic teams, and industry partners to enhancelearning experiences.
• Actively participate in department events, academic committees, and institutionalinitiatives.
• Build strong relationships with students and colleagues to support a vibrant academicculture.

Qualifications

• PhD or M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field (PhD preferred).
• UGC‑qualified candidates are strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or academic roles is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching and student development.
• Familiarity with industry tools, frameworks, and technologies relevant to your area ofexpertise.
