Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Design & Analysis of Algorithms trainer based in Nagpur. The trainer will design and deliver structured training sessions on algorithm concepts, complexity analysis, data structures, and problem-solving techniques for learners at various levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing instructional material and examples, creating assignments and assessments, and conducting interactive lectures, labs, and doubt-clearing sessions. The trainer will evaluate learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Additional tasks may include collaborating with the training team to update curriculum content, aligning sessions with industry expectations, and contributing to workshops or bootcamps as required.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures, including time and space complexity analysis, optimization techniques, and problem-solving using common paradigms (e.g., greedy, divide and conquer, dynamic programming).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used for algorithmic problem-solving (such as C++, Java, or Python) and familiarity with coding platforms or competitive programming environments.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training or teaching computer science subjects, with skills in structuring courses, preparing learning materials, and conducting engaging classroom sessions.
• Ability to create practical exercises, assignments, and assessments that test conceptual understanding and application of algorithms to real-world or interview-style problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to learners with varying levels of prior knowledge.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with current industry expectations for software roles (e.g., product development, interviews, coding tests) and a learner-centric approach to mentoring and guidance.
