Job summary

Genericart Medicine in Agartala is looking for a Franchise Development Manager to onboard and launch franchise stores across the region.

You will guide partners through store setup, coordinate location, licensing, infrastructure, equipment, inventory and training readiness to ensure timely openings and strong early business activation.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in pharma field sales, strong communication, relationship skills and willingness to travel extensively within Tripura.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of MR/Pharma sales or territory sales experience.
• Strong field sales and territory management skills.
• Experience with doctors, chemists, retailers or distributors preferred.
• Good communication and follow-up abilities.
• Willing to travel extensively within the territory.
• Retail pharmacy/franchise/retail expansion exposure is a plus.

Role Overview

• Good communication, relationship management and follow‑up skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Candidates with exposure to retail pharmacy, dealer/distributor development or franchise/retail expansion will be preferred.
• Education: Graduate B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. preferred.
