Job summary

Genericart Medicine in Siliguri is seeking a Franchise Development Manager to onboard and launch new franchise stores. You will guide partners through store setup, coordinate pharmacists, licensing, infrastructure, and training readiness to ensure timely launches.

You will drive pre-launch customer connects, local market activation, and early business activation, while monitoring POS performance, field reports, and handover processes to the Franchise Relationship Manager.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of MR/ Pharma Sales/ Territory Sales experience.
• Experience dealing with doctors, chemists, retailers or distributors preferred.
• Graduate degree: B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. preferred.

The Franchise Development Manager (FDM) will be responsible for onboarding and launching new franchise stores. The role involves guiding franchise partners through the store setup process, ensuring timely launch, driving customer connects and supporting early business activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and guide franchise partners through the complete store setup process.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–4 years of experience as a Medical Representative (MR), Pharma Sales Executive or Territory Sales Executive.
• Strong field sales and territory management experience.
• Experience in dealing with doctors, chemists, retailers or distributors preferred.
• Good communication, relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Candidates with exposure to retail pharmacy, dealer/distributor development or franchise/retail expansion will be preferred.
• Education: Graduate B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. preferred.
