Job summary

NZD Studio in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior FrameCAD Engineer for office-based work with 3–10 years of FrameCAD experience and strong knowledge of American standards. The role focuses on detailing, panel design, and training the team in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants will design steel wall, floor, roof panels, ceilings, and roof trusses using FrameCAD, and work with F325iT/F450iT machines. Office-based position in Bengaluru with collaboration across management.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Framecad structure and detailing.
• Design steel wall, floor, roof panels, ceiling and roof trusses with FrameCAD.
• Familiar with FrameCAD machine setups F325iT and F450iT.
• Good knowledge of steel detailing.
• Experience delivering U.S. projects.
• Ability to train new team members.
• Experience in managing team performance and progress.
• Focus on continuous improvement on complex projects.
• Capable of leading meetings with management.

Responsibilities

• Lead FrameCAD detailing and ensure compliance with American standards.
• Design and validate cold-formed steel panels and roof trusses.
• Set up FrameCAD machines including F325iT and F450iT.
• Prepare structural and fabrication packages.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Monitor team performance and progress.
• Drive continuous improvement on complex projects.
• Coordinate with management and internal stakeholders.
