Job summary

Neilsoft is seeking a Senior Cold Formed Steel Engineer - FrameCAD in Pune. The role requires 5–10 years of experience, a BE/M.E in Civil, and on-site work mode.

You will work with FrameCAD Structure/Detailer, Revit, Revlink, Tekla, and related tools to deliver steel framing designs and shop drawings. • Good technical understanding of structures.
• Experience in CFS/LGS structures.
• Familiar with American standards for CFS drafting.
• Hands-on experience with FrameCAD/Autodesk tools such as FrameCAD Structure, FrameCAD Detailer, Revit, Revlink, Tekla.
• Ability to design frame components and shop drawings and coordinate with detailers/revit modelers.

Background and Skills

• Background and Skills: Good technical understanding of structures
• Experience in CFS/LGS structure
• Familiar with American standards for CFS drafting
• Hands‑on experience in software like FrameCAD Structure, FrameCAD Detailer, Autodesk Revit, FrameCAD Revlink Integration, Tekla Structures, etc.
• Ability to design cold-formed steel wall panels, floor panels, roof panels, ceiling panels, and roof truss using FrameCAD
• Coordinating to FrameCAD Detailers/Revit Modelers to arrange the presentation of shop drawings
• Familiar with F325iT, F450iT FrameCAD machine setups
• Good knowledge of steel detailing
• Ability to prepare structural and fabrication package as per the client requirements
• Ability to review engineering drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards
• Good communication and coordination skills to handle the clients
