Responsibilities

• Analyze and design industrial steel structures (pipe racks, platforms, equipment).
• Model and analyze using STAAD.Pro.
• Design RCC foundations (shallow & deep) per codes.
• Prepare and review structural reports, MTOs, and designs.
• Review GA drawings and fabrication drawings.
• Apply wind, seismic, and snow loads per ASCE 7.

Job Description

• Structural analysis and design of industrial steel structures such as pipe racks, equipment structures, platforms, and residential and commercial building structures.


• Proficient in structural modeling and analysis using STAAD.Pro.


• Experienced in steel design and RCC foundations design as per American standards.


• Preparation and review of structural calculation reports, material take-offs (MTO), and other design deliverables.


• Ability to review structural GA (General Arrangement) and fabrication drawings.


• Good knowledge of base plate, anchor bolt, and connection design concepts.


• Proficient in engineering calculations and developing design spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and Connection design tools.
