Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• The role of the Manager will be responsible for leading the FP&A team and managing key Financial Planning & Analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and P&L performance analysis.
• The Manager will lead and mentor team members, ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports and forecasts, analyze actuals versus budget/forecast, identify key financial drivers, and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• The role will involve partnering with business and finance teams to support financial decision-making, developing financial models and scenario analyses, monitoring revenue, costs, margins, and profitability, and driving improvements in FP&A processes and reporting.
• The candidate must be a qualified CA/CMA/CFA/CPA with a minimum of 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. (No MBA Candidate is required)
