Job summary

Wsne Consulting seeks an experienced FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management for multiple business units. The role focuses on driving financial planning, variance analysis, and strategic partnering with senior leaders to optimize liquidity and working capital.

The incumbent will own AOP processes, deliver actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial performance and decision-making across geographies.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of FP&A/finance experience with P&L ownership and budgeting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering with global stakeholders.
• Exposure to working capital management and cash flow forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage P&L reporting, analysis and financial performance.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare and manage Annual Operating Plans and periodic forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis against budget, forecast and actuals.
• Provide actionable insights to business leaders for decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand drivers.
• Drive working capital management and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity analysis.
• Support Zero-Based Budgeting initiatives where applicable.

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced FP&A professionals to join a high-performing finance team. The role will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, working capital, cash flow forecasting and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage P&L reporting, analysis and financial performance for the assigned business/function.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare and manage Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and periodic forecasts.
