Job summary

PepsiCo Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to lead end-to-end planning, forecasting, and reporting of SG&A and OPEX. You will partner with regional market finance teams to drive insights and performance management, driving standardization and COE-driven improvements.

The role requires 7-10 years in FP&A or related finance fields, with strong P&L knowledge and proficiency in SAP, Tableau, Mosaic, and Cockpit for planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or OPEX Finance.
• Strong P&L management knowledge.
• Experience with planning and reporting systems including SAP, Tableau, Excel, Mosaic, and Cockpit.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities
