Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Finance Business Partner for the Controlling and Finance department. You will provide commercial insight, prepare planning and reporting, and support pricing and business development in a dynamic Bosch unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• At least 3 years in a similar role. Prior experience in a controlling function within Bosch is a plus.
• Good commercial understanding and strong business acumen.
• Agile mindset, comfortable adapting to change and driving innovation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Business fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Producing regular management planning and financial reporting documents from headcount planning to complete P&L.
• Provide information to management by reconciling and summarising data, preparing variance and root cause analysis on KPIs.
• Business process improvement support in both Operational and Controlling & Finance areas.
• Working closely with the Operations management team to have timely and accurate reporting and insight on key commercial KPIs.
• Be a professional business partner who works closely with respective stakeholders regarding all financial matters from revenue to cost.
• Business development and change management support in a dynamic environment including pricing for new services or changes in scope for existing clients.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Bosch Service Solutions India (SOIN) offers innovative business process outsourcing services to both Bosch and external entities with over 800+ associates in India.

To achieve the ambitious objectives of our growing unit in India, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner for the Controlling and Finance department. This role will be responsible for providing commercial and analytic insight to current business operations, identifying opportunities, and driving action to optimise commercial outcomes. The Finance Business Partner role is expected to support the organisation in the production of management planning and reporting used by the senior management team for business decisions.

The Finance Business Partner will have responsibilities including:

Producing regular management planning and financial reporting documents from headcounts planning to complete P&L

Provide information to management by reconciling and summarising data, preparing variance and root cause analysis on KPIs not met and recommending measures

Business process improvement support in both Operational and Controlling & Finance areas

Working closely with the Operations management team to have timely and accurate reporting and insight on key commercial KPIs

Be a professional business partner who work closely with respective stakeholders regarding all financial related matters from revenue to cost along with giving valuable insights in order to enhance the business

Business development and change management support in a dynamic operational environment including sales pricing for any new services or changes in scope for existing clients

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics

Experience :

At least 3 years in a similar role. Prior experience in a controlling function within Bosch is a plus.

Mandatory/requires Skills :

Good commercial understanding and strong business acumen

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SAP, previous experience of building and developing internal reporting highly desired
