Responsibilities

• Drive special founder-level projects from problem definition to execution.
• Conduct market, competitor, and regulatory research (RBI, SARFAESI, DRT).
• Create pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for banks and NBFCs.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and investor updates.
• Track OKRs and action items to ensure execution continuity.
• Use AI tools and automation to reduce repetitive tasks.
• Assist with hiring, partnerships, and client onboarding as needed.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Strong structured thinking to break down ambiguous problems.
• Excellent written English communication skills; Hindi proficiency is a plus.
• Strong command over Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
