Job summary

BECO is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator in Mumbai to craft engaging posts, reels, and stories from ideation to publishing. You will edit videos, design visuals, and help shoots while maintaining BECO’s brand identity.

You’ll collaborate with the marketing team, explore trends, and experiment with new formats to grow engagement across Instagram and Facebook. This role offers hands-on exposure to a growing consumer brand.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Good understanding of Instagram and Facebook.
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects or similar tools.
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
• Strong sense of design, typography and visual communication.
• Ability to identify and adapt to social media trends quickly.
• Proactive, creative and willing to experiment with new content ideas.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

ROLE

• – Create engaging and visually appealing Instagram & Facebook posts, stories, carousels and creatives.


• – Edit short-form videos and Reels for Instagram and other social media platforms.


• – Work on content from ideation to execution, including concepts, scripting, designing, editing and publishing.


• – Manage BECO’s social media handles and maintain a consistent content calendar.


• – Come up with creative content ideas, trends, hooks and formats to increase engagement and reach.


• – Monitor social media trends, competitor content and trending Reels/audio formats.


• – Coordinate with the marketing team to understand campaigns and convert them into social media content.


• – Help with product shoots, photoshoots and video shoots whenever required.


• – Track basic social media performance metrics and identify what type of content is working.


• – Ensure that all content is aligned with BECO’s brand identity, tone and visual guidelines.
