Job summary

WebWorks is seeking a creative Marketing Intern in Bengaluru to craft engaging reels and social media content. You will appear on camera, write captions and scripts, and collaborate with our marketing and design teams to bring ideas to life.

Your role involves learning digital marketing, staying ahead of trends, and supporting content calendars and campaigns while gaining hands-on experience with live brands.

Qualifications

• Naturally creative, energetic and curious.

• Good communication and basic writing skills.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll get to create content, appear in videos, learn digital marketing, and work closely with our creative & marketing team.

What You’ll Do

• Be a face of our brand across social media and appear in reels/videos.
• Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, posts & stories.
• Brainstorm fresh content ideas, hooks and creative concepts.
• Write captions, short scripts and promotional content.
• Stay updated with Social media trends, formats and viral content.
• Participate in shoots and help create camera-ready content.
• Support content calendars, posting and social media campaigns.
• Work with the marketing & design team to bring ideas to life.
• Learn what content performs and how brands grow online.
