Hirepulse is seeking a proactive professional to join The VC Fellowship’s Founder’s Office as a builder of our community and hiring initiatives. You will lead events from idea to execution, nurture the founder, mentor, and fellow community, and guide talent conversations across the ecosystem.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on hiring experience, strong communication, and a high-ownership mindset suitable for a fast-paced venture environment. This is a visible, impactful role within the community.

Now, we’re looking for someone to join the Founder’s Office layer. Not as a spectator, but as a builder.

What this role will involve:

• Driving events end-to-end, from idea to execution
• Building and nurturing our founder, mentor, and fellow community members
• Managing hiring mandates and talent conversations across the ecosystem

Who would be a great fit:

• Someone with hands‑on experience in hiring (College placement cell experience is a big plus)
• Strong communication skills – community building is about real conversations
• High ownership mindset and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who doesn’t just execute tasks, but thinks alongside the founders
