Job description

We are looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial and highly execution-oriented professional to join the Founder's Office and work closely with the founders on Investor Relations, Fundraising, M&A and strategic initiatives.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy, finance, business and stakeholder management. You will help identify and evaluate fundraising and M&A opportunities, build relationships with investors and strategic partners, drive investor communication and own critical board and fundraising deliverables.

We are looking for someone who is more than a strategic thinker—someone who can take an ambiguous problem, structure it, build the approach and personally drive it to closure. The role requires strong business judgement, exceptional stakeholder management, attention to detail and a high bias for action.

You will work closely with the founders and get significant exposure to investors, financial institutions, strategic partners and senior business leaders.

What You\'ll Do
  • Support founders & nurture healthy relationships with investors and strategic capital partners aligned with the company\'s growth plans.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective investors, PE/VC funds and strategic investors.
  • Own investor communication, including business updates, financial information, performance reviews and other investor requirements.
  • Coordinate & support fundraising processes end-to-end—from investor mapping and outreach to diligence, discussions, negotiations and closure.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company\'s business, financials, growth drivers and key metrics to effectively represent the business to external stakeholders.
M\&A & Strategic Opportunities
  • Support M\&A, strategic partnership and inorganic growth opportunities.
  • Work with founders and relevant teams to assess strategic fit, business attractiveness and financial implications of potential opportunities.
  • Build business cases, valuation analyses, transaction frameworks and presentations for potential transactions.
  • Drive transaction-related workstreams, including initial evaluation, stakeholder coordination, diligence and execution.
  • Own the preparation of Board decks, investor presentations, business updates and other strategic communication for the founders.
  • Work closely with business and functional leaders to gather, validate and synthesize information into clear, insight-driven narratives.
  • Represent the company in selected board/investor meetings and drive follow‑ups and action items to closure.
  • Support founders on strategic priorities, special projects and high-priority business initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted execution partner to the founders—bringing structure, rigour and speed to ambiguous and high‑impact initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong working relationships with founders, investors, CXOs, business leaders and external advisors.
  • Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, often without direct authority.
  • Be the central point of coordination for critical investor, board and transaction-related workstreams.
  • Communicate with high ownership, maturity and discretion, particularly while handling sensitive financial and strategic information.
What We\'re Looking For
  • 4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Venture Capital/Private Equity, Founder's Office or similar high-impact roles.
  • Experience working in a start-up, scale-up or fast-paced operating environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business, financials, fundraising and/or M\&A; hands‑on transaction or fundraising experience will be an advantage.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with investors and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute independently—from creating the strategy to driving the details and getting things done.
  • High attention to detail, strong financial and business acumen, and excellent presentation skills.
  • Self‑driven, intellectually curious and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Strong bias for action and a builder\'s mindset—you should enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting into the details.
  • MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent qualifications from strong institutions are preferred, but demonstrated capability and relevant experience matter more than credentials.
Who Will Thrive in This Role?

This role is best suited for someone who:

Thinks strategically → Gets into the details → Builds relationships → Drives execution → Delivers outcomes.

We are particularly interested in young, high-caliber professionals who have already operated in similar roles within startups, scale-ups or other high-growth environments and are comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.

A pure strategy orientation is not what we are looking for. Ownership, hustle, stakeholder management and the ability to independently drive initiatives to closure are critical to succeeding in this role.

Why This Role?
  • Work directly with the founders on some of the company\'s most consequential initiatives.
  • Get exposure to fundraising, M\&A, investors, board governance and strategic decision-making.
  • Own high-impact projects with significant visibility and autonomy.
  • Operate at the intersection of business, finance and strategy in a fast-growing company.
  • Build a strong understanding of how businesses are funded, scaled, acquired and governed.
