About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, curious, and execution-focused Founder's Office Intern who will work closely with the Founder and leadership team across Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, HR, Operations, and Management.

This role is ideal for someone who wants end-to-end business exposure, ownership of real projects, and the opportunity to learn how decisions are made at the top of a growing organization.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with the Founder's Office on strategic and operational initiatives.
• Assist in lead generation, sales and analyze sales performance data and contribute to growth strategies.
• Create and manage content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing assets.
• Support digital marketing efforts including LinkedIn, Instagram, email marketing, and campaign analytics.
• Design marketing materials using Canva for various channels.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, intern management, and HR documentation & coordinate internal communications and HR operations.
• Help streamline internal processes and operational workflows.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and support decision-making with data.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Compensation & Internship Structure

Month 1 (Free Internship)

• First month is an unpaid learning period — you get full exposure to business operations.
