KraftedX is seeking a paid 4-month internship in New Delhi (Rajendra Place). Immediate start. You’ll work in-office across founder’s office, operations, and tech/automation areas, gaining exposure to AI tools and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founder on priorities, initiatives, and problems to own.
• Research topics and turn findings into reports or recommendations.
• Track decisions and follow up with involved people to complete tasks.
• Keep notes and context organised so others can pick up the work.
• Run the content workflow from planning to production and publishing.
• Coordinate people, deadlines, and handoffs to keep content moving.
• Maintain trackers with clear owners and due dates; provide weekly updates.
• Set up tools and build small solutions for internal needs; automate recurring tasks.
• Test, troubleshoot, and maintain tools and automations; grant access and document usage.
• Experiment with AI coding tools to build useful solutions.

What You’ll Do

Your work spans three areas:

1. Founder’s Office

• Work directly with Rishabh (Founder) on company priorities, new initiatives, and problems that need an owner.
• Research topics and turn findings into clear reports or recommendations.
• Track decisions, follow up with the people involved, and see tasks through to completion.
• Keep notes and context organised so others can pick up the work.

2. Operations

• Run the content workflow from planning and production through review and publishing.
• Coordinate people, deadlines, and handoffs to keep content moving.
• Keep trackers up to date, with clear owners and due dates.
• Keep weekly updates and follow-ups on track, and raise blockers early.

3. Tech and Automation

• Set up tools and build small solutions for internal needs.
• Automate repetitive work and improve reusable workflows.
• Test, troubleshoot, and maintain tools and automations.
• Give teammates access and document how to use the tools.
• Experiment with AI coding tools to build solutions and simplify everyday work.

The role can also extend into strategy, product, or new initiatives, depending on company needs and your strengths.
