Job summary

Sadev Ventures is seeking a proactive recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience to help establish new investment funds over the next 18–24 months. You will contribute to fund operations, LP relationship management, and brand building from Day One.

Role involves drafting investor communications, maintaining records, and coordinating with external vendors while learning how venture funds operate and grow.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on complex operational tasks.

Job description

Batch: 2023/2024/2025/2026. About the role:

• You will contribute to establishing new investment funds over the next 18 to 24 months at Sadev Ventures
• This is a full-time position open to recent graduates and those with up to 2 years of professional experience
• You begin on Day One, helping to construct funds from their foundation

What you'll work on:

• Fund operations including investor onboarding, managing documentation systems, maintaining compliance records, producing reports, and liaising with external vendors
• LP relationship management, including regular updates to investors, maintaining organised data rooms, following up on their needs, and serving as the trusted contact they can rely on for quick responses
• Brand building for Sadev through content creation, event planning and execution, and managing the company's presence on LinkedIn and other platforms

What we're looking for:

• Ability to write clearly and precisely, as you will draft communications to investors and create public-facing materials
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software (Excel or Numbers), presentation tools, and familiarity with fundamental financial concepts
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to follow through on complex operational matters
• Sound judgment in dealing with people, as you will interact with investors, entrepreneurs, and business partners regularly
• Genuine interest in venture capital and a desire to understand how investment funds operate and grow
• Experience in design or social media work is valued but not required
