Wonderful is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to solve real-world problems for enterprise customers. You will own projects from problem definition through production, designing AI-driven solutions and deploying agents that operate reliably.

This hands-on role requires rapid learning, comfort working with customers, and the ability to drive decisions across complex systems, data flows, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical problem-solving roles.
• Experience leading or contributing to discovery workshops or early-stage AI/technical strategy in collaboration with sales, product, or delivery teams.
• Strong fundamentals in software design and system design.
• Clear communication and ownership mindset.
• High-agency mindset with ability to create clarity, propose direction, and drive decisions.
• Experience working across systems, integrations, and data flows.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at Wonderful, you will solve high-impact, real-world problems alongside enterprise customers. This role involves owning work from first principles through production outcomes, working directly with customers to understand critical workflows, design AI-driven solutions, and deploy agents that operate reliably in production. You will manage projects end-to-end, from problem definition and system design to launch and iteration, and be accountable for real business impact. This hands‑on generalist position is ideal for engineers who thrive in ambiguous environments, learn quickly, and can work across various systems while partnering with enterprises transitioning into AI‑driven organizations.
