This hands-on role requires rapid learning, comfort working with customers, and the ability to drive decisions across complex systems, data flows, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical problem-solving roles.
• Experience leading or contributing to discovery workshops or early-stage AI/technical strategy in collaboration with sales, product, or delivery teams.
• Strong fundamentals in software design and system design.
• Clear communication and ownership mindset.
• High-agency mindset with ability to create clarity, propose direction, and drive decisions.
