Job summary

Bacancy Technology Inc in Gujarat, India seeks an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to lead end-to-end deployments of AI and LLM-powered solutions for strategic enterprise customers.

You will partner with customer teams to design, build, deploy, and scale production-ready systems, owning the deployment lifecycle from discovery to production rollout while collaborating with Product, Research, Security, Partnerships, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or deployment experience with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Experience delivering complex software systems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience building full-stack production applications.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI applications.
• Strong understanding of AI model behavior and its impact on user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery across multiple customer deployments.
• Own solution discovery, technical scoping, architecture, implementation, and production rollout.
• Design and develop full-stack applications that deliver measurable customer value.
• Collaborate with customer engineering and business teams to understand requirements and drive adoption.
• Plan project milestones, prioritize deliverables, and remove execution blockers.
• Balance scope, quality, and delivery timelines while making sound technical decisions.
• Contribute hands-on to both frontend and backend development when required.
• Create reusable tools, frameworks, playbooks, and deployment best practices.
• Share customer insights and field feedback to improve AI models and product capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Research, Security, Partnerships, GRC, and GTM teams.
• Ensure successful production deployment and continuous improvement of customer solutions.

In this role, you will partner directly with customer engineering and business teams to design, build, deploy, and scale production‑ready systems. You'll own the complete deployment lifecycle from discovery and technical scoping through production rollout while collaborating closely with Product, Research, Security, Partnerships, GRC, and GTM teams.

Success in this role is measured by customer adoption, measurable business impact, and valuable product feedback that helps shape future AI capabilities.
