VANCO AI seeks a software engineer to bridge AI capabilities with real-world customer needs. You will work directly with clients to understand technical challenges and implement working software systems.

Your role covers the full deployment lifecycle, from designing architectures to writing code, testing, and debugging in production, continuously iterating based on field feedback.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of professional experience at a service-based or product-based company.
• Strong programming and problem-solving abilities across multiple languages, frameworks, and modern development tools.
• Deep familiarity with software development, backend systems, APIs, and system integration.
• Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-ready software.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively across teams.
• Experience with AI/ML tools, LLMs, and AI-powered application development is valued.

About the role:
