Job summary

OnFinance AI is seeking a hands-on software deployment engineer to deploy and maintain systems at customer sites. You will work directly with clients to ensure smooth operations and own implementation projects from start to finish, including technical integration and customer success.

The role requires the ability to troubleshoot production issues in real time, collaborate with internal teams, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting systems in production environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and internal engineers.
• Self-directed with the ability to operate in a high-velocity startup environment.
• Willingness to join immediately or within 2 weeks.
