Job summary

RecruitBots AI in Pune is seeking a Mid-Senior-Level Forward Deployed Engineer to work with customers and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered solutions. You will own implementation workstreams, customize applications, integrate customer systems, and support deployments from requirements through delivery.

You will clarify business needs, design technical solutions, and drive API, backend, and integration work with limited supervision. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience building APIs, backend services, and databases.

• Strong debugging and customer collaboration skills.

Required Skills

• Practical experience with APIs, backend development, and databases.
• Comfortable use of Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows.

Good to Have

• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and RAG.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker and application deployment.
• Exposure to customer-facing engineering or technical consulting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Candidates should be able to demonstrate relevant hands-on software development and implementation work.
